During the consultation, our designers will visit your home. That’s right, you can skip the trip to the showroom when you work with us. We’ll have everything needed for your consultation, including our trusty laptop, measurement tools, and samples of our custom closet finishes.
We’ll ask during the consultation to look at the space where you want your new walk-in closet to be located. Then our designers will measure the available space. We’d prefer to see the way you use your closets so we can recommend the perfect in-home accessories.
Then we move to your favorite couch to go over the design of your custom walk-in closets. This is the time when we’ll want to hear what elements you want to be included in your newly organized space. We then bring your walk-in closet systems to life with our 3D design software.
After you approve the design, we send the project specs to our installation team. They will order all the custom parts for your walk-in closets and then come to your home to put everything together!
